A community grows in Brooklyn.
Project Date: 2018–2022
Team: Trinity Grace Church
Over four years, I led storytelling and community building projects for Trinity Grace Church, a non-denominational Christian church based in Brooklyn. As the director of communications, I orchestrated content strategy and graphic design across digital platforms, social channels, and print marketing around the city to serve a growing community across New York City and beyond.
I overhauled an existing brand guide to be more efficient and flexible in a variety of digital and in-person contexts. I further evolved the brand guidelines in 2020-21 to better operate in a pandemic and post-pandemic reality.
Sparking imagination to bring faith to life in the community.
Alongside our creative production team of editors, musicians, and filmmakers, I produced a weekly series of online broadcasts, episodic kids shows, short films, and on-demand courses.
I created a massive collection of graphic elements that unfolded each week and season in the church community, both in static and motion graphic designs. Each told a thematic story to encourage the viewer to pause and consider the ways their rhythm of life might intersect with their beliefs.
